Sarah Hinds Instine
Professional Travel Planner
What does the perfect vacation look like to you? When you travel, do you like to squeeze as much adventure into a day as possible, or do you prefer to have a laid-back schedule that gives you the freedom to explore and relax? I want to get to know you and your travel style so I can customize your vacation to help you have the most memorable experience possible!
My name is Sarah and I would love to help you plan your next get-away! Whether you are interested in a family trip, couple’s retreat, Disney or Universal vacation, cruise, European adventure, or all-inclusive resort, I can help make your dreams a reality.
Even as a young teenager (before the internet!), I enjoyed creating itineraries for trips and researching all the best places to stay, eat, and see. That passion has only grown as I’ve gotten older, and I can’t wait to share it with you! As your Travel Planner, I will take care of all the details so you can enjoy every second of your trip without any worries.
Don’t know the best place to stay? I got you! Wondering what restaurants have the most delicious food? I’m your girl! Stressed just thinking about all the details that go into planning and booking your trip? Leave it to me! I will take care of the research, the reservations, and answer any questions you may have. Let’s work together to get you on your way!
- Step One: Consultation – This can be in person, via Zoom meeting, through email, or by text. This is a joint brainstorming session where I learn about your travel style, what’s on your bucket list, and what budget you’d like to stay within.
- Step Two: Proposal – I will present a few options based on what I learned about you in our consultation.
- Step Three: Build – I will design your dream itinerary based on your vision and budget. I will book your flights, hotels, transfers, and tours, and make recommendations for dining and sightseeing in your travel destination.
- Step Four: Support – I will make sure you have all the necessary travel documentation and be available to help smooth any hiccups you may encounter as you travel.
